AS THE PUN-OFF GOES - SOCIAL MEDIA  You must really love the pun-off, because I saw you and O. Henry involved in some "wicked PDA."  Or maybe I was thinking of WikiPDiA.  Either way, everyone's all a Twitter about the Pun-Off online!  Can you compose a limerick in 140 characters? Even the crabbiest of folks are into soft-shell net-working. The old fogies might say we're just going through a Phase-book, but we know the Pun-Off is all over the web, and punsters are using the internet to trade quips and exchange the latest puns. P.U.N.Y. - (The hard corps) This is where you belong if you're irreverent in your use and abuse of the English language. Love of punnery is the only qualification required to join P.U.N.Y. (Punsters United Nearly Yearly). Signing up gets you on PUNY's listserv, and you can join in the fun, banter, and lots of free-forum punning. You can join easily by sending a blank EMail to PUNY-subscribe@yahoogroups.com 

LIMERICKS & HAIKU - (Light verse and worse) Though not strictly a wordplay list, the Limericks and Haiku group is an offshoot of the punny PUNY list. Members are free to post original limericks and/or haiku at any time. PUNOFF - (Curious about competitions) Are you brave enough to take to the stage and pun before the friendly crowd of openly appreciative folks that gather on the green behind the O. Henry Museum each May in Austin,Texas during the O.
